Is Mama Lou's open now? If so, what hours?

Yes we are! The hours are 6am-9pm

Is it right for them to tell one of their Waitressshe couldnt be there 2 hours before her shift???

These waitresses also "fight" like children. They may have just been there to piss off a girl on the previous shift!

Is it y’alls policy to allow people to steal from customers and then cover for them when customer calls to retrieve their personal belongings?

I've been going to THIS Mama Lou's off & on for A LONG TIME (SOMEWHERE IN EXCESS OF 30YRS), and they've NEVER given me ANY REASON to make a comment or accusations like that. Now, granted, there are a lot of crooks in this world, and if the employee doesn't happen to see someone swipe the item, that YOU CHOSE to leave unattended... Well, Just Say'n!!!!
